These terms apply to Tomorrowland packages.
Deposit
To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining 70% balance can be paid directly to your driver on the day of service.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 or more days before pickup: full deposit refund.
- 7–13 days before pickup: 50% deposit refund.
- Within 6 days before pickup: the deposit is non-refundable.
During major events like Tomorrowland, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to rebook. Thank you for your understanding.
How to Pay
- Send us a message on WhatsApp with your hotel details and preferred package.
- We will send you a payment link or bank details.
- Once your 30% deposit is received, your booking is confirmed — we will send you a confirmation email/message immediately.
- Pay the remaining 70% balance to your driver on pickup day.

Which vehicle should I book?
ECO accommodates 1–3 passengers, SUV 1–4, VAN 1–8, Alphard 1–5 and Bus up to 35. Send the number and size of your bags so our team can confirm a suitable vehicle. Passenger capacity alone does not guarantee luggage space.
When is my booking confirmed?
A submitted request or reference number is not a confirmed booking. Firstplan checks availability and sends written confirmation of your price, vehicle category and pickup arrangements by WhatsApp or email. Book at least 3 days ahead; for shorter notice, ask about availability.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Standard direct bookings made at least 3 days ahead require no deposit or advance payment. Pay cash to the driver on the travel day. If you prefer, arrange an optional bank transfer with our team 1 day before travel. Special terms apply only when disclosed and accepted before confirmation.
