Exact pickup times are confirmed with you 24 hours before each day. Typically, departure is in the afternoon with a late-night return at a pre-agreed time. The driver returns at your arranged time and does not wait continuously during the event.
Can I book one-way only?
The prices on this page are for return transfers. One-way transfers may be available on request — message us for a quote.
How do I secure my booking?
Send your hotel details, preferred vehicle and dates. We send payment details after checking availability. A 30% deposit confirms your booking. Pay the remaining 70% in cash directly to your driver on pickup day; for a 3-day package, this is the first day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 14 or more days before pickup for a full deposit refund. Cancel 7–13 days before pickup for a refund of 50% of the deposit. Within 6 days before pickup, the deposit is non-refundable. These percentages refer to the deposit, not the total fare.
Why book a private transfer?
A private transfer gives your group a vehicle matched to its size, hotel pickup and a pre-arranged return journey. Agree the pickup time and permitted meeting point with our team in advance so you do not need to arrange transport after the event.

These terms apply to Tomorrowland packages.
Deposit
To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining 70% balance can be paid directly to your driver on the day of service.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 or more days before pickup: full deposit refund.
- 7–13 days before pickup: 50% deposit refund.
- Within 6 days before pickup: the deposit is non-refundable.
During major events like Tomorrowland, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to rebook. Thank you for your understanding.
How to Pay
- Send us a message on WhatsApp with your hotel details and preferred package.
- We will send you a payment link or bank details.
- Once your 30% deposit is received, your booking is confirmed — we will send you a confirmation email/message immediately.
- Pay the remaining 70% balance to your driver on pickup day.
